Alternative Provision

In a world of changing circumstances and boundaries, it is becoming increasingly difficult to offer a curriculum that ‘suits all/most’.

At Intrepid Ventures we have been able to bridge the gap and provide long term skills that help those individuals who struggle with mainstream education. Increased self esteem, confidence, becoming good losers, learning to work alongside others, recognising own strengths, and understanding short and long term goals are just a few skills we look to enhance.

Through our unique and carefully tailored programs we are able to offer activities that promote the above skills. We do not class these skills as ‘soft skills’. These are skills required in life and required by every child and young adult in order to become good learners.

Please see some of the provision packages we offer schools / colleges below. It is directly empowering the schools to be able to offer an alternative program to students who may need intervention. We also offer the Duke of Edinburgh Award and fully certified and endorsed first aid training for both pupils and staff. The programs have undoubtedly prevented future exclusions, managed moves, or admittance to a pupil referral unit, and inevitably changed lives. Don’t believe us?……Ask some of our forward thinking schools that we have had the pleasure of working with and continue to do so;

Belfairs Academy (Elements Hub) - Leigh On Sea

Saint Martins School - Brentwood

Brittons Academy - Rainham

Please see examples of our programs below with example costings (these may vary based on location / choice of activities / number of staff etc).
